What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Manager - Sheet Metal ONLY position at Judge Direct Placement?
Machinery experience:
- CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mills, Lathes (Hass, Mazak, Citizen) and Routers (3, 4 AXIS).
- Conventional mills, lathes, Swiss screw machines (Bridgeport, Brown and Sharp), punch press, bending, Plasma, laser, Roll Forming, Grinding, (Amada and Cincinnati Shear and Brake and Punch up to 220 Ton press).
- Single screw plastic injection molding machines (Husky, Milacron and Wintech). Grinders, Mixers, Dyers (Conair) and Recycling (Eddy Current) Separators.
- Plastics Injection molding, rubber extrusion (Husky and Milacron), (1000 to 6000 tons Press).
- Knowledge of PLC (Allen Bradley) Ladder Logic and HMI software.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing, and electrical schematics.
- Welding (MIG/TIG), Spot Welding
- Assembly, Hard Chrome Plating, Anodizing, Polishing Heat treating, Finishing, Painting, and raw materials (28 Gauge sheets Up to 1.5”) Steel plates, Rods, Bars, Stainless Steel Aluminum and Copper.
