The Judge Group is seeking a Plant Manager with Food or Chemical manufacturing (mixing and batching) in the Beecher, IL area.
COMPENSATION: 175k plus bonus
RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidate
CITIZENSHIP: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
WORKSITE: Onsite
MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
MUST HAVE: Experience in food manufacturing (mixing and batching)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all plant activities (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Compliance, Capital Projects)
- Ensure plant is running at maximum efficiency
- Develop and manage manufacturing budgets (Labor, Materials, Overhead - capital budgets)
- Maintain quality standards
- Increase productivity and decrease costs
- Conduct investigations into product loss during production
- Implement new manufacturing technologies
- Review scheduling of all production employees
- Recruit and manage manufacturing personnel
- Lead the continuous improvement efforts
- Develop yearly budgets with VP Operations
- Work closely with the Executive Team and key members
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- 7 years of experience in a food manufacturing (mixing and batching) environment
Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
