We are partnered with a growing Food & Beverage Manufacturer who are looking to hire an experience Plant Manager for their brand new facility in Waco
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Plant Operations: Lead and manage the Production, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance teams, ensuring efficient and effective activities across all production facilities.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the Operations budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing resource utilization.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled and motivated operations team.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Plant Management within a highly automated Food or Beverage manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production, quality and maintenance principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
