Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production goals are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with company objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- MBA or Masters degree preferred.
- MUST HAVE 10 years experience in plant management or a similar role in manufacturing.
- MUST HAVE Sheet Metal experience.
- Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
