The Judge Group is searching for a highly skilled Production Planning Manager to spearhead scheduling operations across multiple buildings, fostering efficient workflow, and achieving timely delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 4 planners in managing diverse operations
- Develop and execute daily scheduling strategies to meet performance targets
- Design and implement comprehensive production planning processes
- Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align schedules with resource availability
- Monitor and adjust schedules based on changing demand requirements
- Oversee the S&OP Supply Review process
- Analyze production performance data
- Identify areas for improvement
- Support strategic capital expenditure decisions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in production scheduling, 2 in leadership positions
- Preferred familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Detailed-oriented with conflict resolution abilities
