Job Title: FSQA Manager

Compensation: $140k - $160k
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced FSQA Manager to lead a large team in a meat processing environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in poultry, meat, or food science (Must have)
- Relevant experience in the meat industry, including leading a large team
- Willingness to relocate to a rural area in North Carolina (Population: 500-1,000 people)
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for all plant food safety functions to support company goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all products meet or exceed customer, regulatory, and company food safety requirements.
- Develop, document, and implement food safety processes and procedures.
- Lead food safety and regulatory efforts at the plant, maintaining required documentation.
- Collaborate with QA manager and staff to ensure product safety.
- Mentor and develop food safety team members.
- Act as a liaison with USDA staff and maintain open communication with corporate QA, plant management, sales, and marketing teams.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
