Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Jersey City, NJ area. The person will be a contact point between the client & its food service customers & brokers. The Sales Manager will acquire new customers and manager current relationships to increase sales and develop sales plans.
** Candidates must be English/Spanish bilingual**
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships within the assigned foodservice region
- Act as liaison between the company and broker resp in the foodservice industry
- Achieve sales goals through communication and negotiation skills
- Work independently to drive sales initiatives and strategic goals
- Develop prospect lists for sales leads
- Accurately track activities in CRM system
- Coordinate customer installations and training
- Attend trade shoes
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Must be high energy and dynamic thinker
- Proficient in use of social media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently & part of a team
- Willing to travel 40% of the time
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
