What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Vice President position at Judge Direct Placement?
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Regional Vice President to cover Texas and Louisiana Regions. As the leader for this region, you will be responsible for the safety of all employees, customer and employee engagement and success, the strategic long-term planning to drive growth and continuous improvement of operations. The candidate will also have full P&L responsibility and play a critical role in enhancing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance within industry standards
- Lead the engagement of the region’s workforce
- Collaborate with the President and executive team to set up KPIs
- Work with the CFO and finance team to set budgets, forecasts need, and oversee expenditures
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Partner with the Chief Sales Officer to identify opportunities to grow business with new customers and retain existing customer base
- Standardize, implement and continuously improve operations processes and procedures
- Provide strong organizational leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10 years leadership experience
- Proven experience managing a P&L of $150M
- Knowledge in HVAC/R, Mechanical, High skilled labor industries
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel is required for this role
Salary : $200,000 - $210,000
