Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4 planners in scheduling for diverse operations
- Direct daily scheduling activities to meet targets
- Formulate master production plans
- Allocate resources to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to align schedules with capacity and materials
- Acknowledge and revise schedules based on demand
- Lead the S&OP Supply Review process
- Track and analyze production performance
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Support Capital Expenditure decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years in production scheduling, 2 in leadership
- ERP knowledge, SAP preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detailed-oriented and able to resolve conflicts
