Position Overview: CLIENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BillingPlatform Architect to join our team as a contractor. This role is integral to delivering exceptional value to our clients through innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that align with their business goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the BillingPlatform ecosystem, strong architectural skills, and a commitment to upholding CLIENT's values of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Guidance: Provide strategic architectural guidance on BillingPlatform solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with client objectives. Focus on enabling teams to deliver robust integrations and configurations.
• Advocate for Features: Act as an advocate for leveraging BillingPlatform's built-in features and capabilities. Identify and address product gaps through thoughtful customization while minimizing technical debt.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with clients, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend clear, effective solutions.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor for project teams, fostering best practices for BillingPlatform configuration and customization.
• Integration Guidance: Provide high-level guidance on integrating BillingPlatform with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways) using APIs and middleware tools, without direct involvement in execution.
• Documentation & Governance: Develop and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including technical designs, workflows, and data models, ensuring alignment with industry standards and RadixBay's quality guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for innovative approaches and leverage emerging BillingPlatform features to enhance client solutions and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

• BillingPlatform Expertise: Proven experience architecting and advising on BillingPlatform solutions, including advanced configuration, customization, and integration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in APIs, middleware technologies, and programming languages relevant to BillingPlatform (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL).
• Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems, with a focus on seamless integrations.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BillingPlatform certification(s).
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in billing and payment systems.
