Data Scientist CI Polygraph required

Location: Somerset, MD
Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $180,000.00 USD Annually
Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Data Scientist with an active TS/SCI CI Polygraph to support a classified customer in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Architecture: Design and evolve enterprise cloud and data architecture, ensuring interoperability, security, and alignment with business goals. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Thinking: Develop data strategies with long-term implications, anticipating future needs and trends. Break down complex problems and develop analytical approaches.
• Collaboration: Work with multiple stakeholders to drive data integration initiatives and foster a data-driven culture.
• Compliance: Evaluate current practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Data Integrity: Assess current data structure, tagging, and quality standards to identify and address anomalies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience. Doctorate in a technical domain is acceptable.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist in complex data environments.
• Proficiency with data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, Scala).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MS PowerBI) for delivering data analysis solutions and visualizations.
• Strong data manipulation and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical insights into actionable recommendations and presenting them effectively.
• Passion for staying current with industry trends and advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science).
• Five or more years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Experience with cloud-based data science.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level products.
