Description: Our client is currently seeking a Endpoint Security Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large-scale environment and possess strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft systems and ServiceNow. A focus on customer service, collaboration, and continuous learning is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
Configure and manage Active Directory, including user account management and group policies.
Troubleshoot and maintain DNS Servers and related networking configurations.
Handle hardware/software installations, configurations, and updates.
Provide print support, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
Ensure security compliance through patch management and antivirus solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
1 years of experience in endpoint support or similar role within a large-scale environment.
1 years experience with Microsoft systems (Windows OS, Office 365).
1 years hands-on experience with Active Directory and DNS servers.
1 years experience in using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
1 years experience with common hardware configurations, print management, and troubleshooting.
1 years experience troubleshooting issues over the phone and in person.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified).
Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new technologies.
