Description: Our client is currently seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach: Hybrid Remote - Mondays and Fridays Remote!
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple teams, departments, and business units.
- Mentor and coach senior leadership and teams on transformational practices, including Agile, Lean, Flow, and Digital Product Management.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and transformation ceremonies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment on organizational vision, strategy, and priorities.
- Implement and optimize Flow practices to enhance organizational efficiency and value delivery.
- Identify and address systemic impediments to organizational progress and productivity.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.
- Provide training and workshops on transformational methodologies, Flow, and enterprise tools.
- Utilize and train teams on enterprise tools such as JIRA, JIRA Product Discovery (JPD), and Planview Viz.
- Integrate Digital Product Management principles to ensure product strategies align with business goals and customer needs
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Coach, with a focus on senior-level coaching and organizational transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), Flow principles, and change management.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence senior leadership, teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in aligning transformational practices with organizational goals and strategies.
- Proficiency in enterprise tools such as JIRA, JIRA Product Discovery (JPD), and Planview Viz.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) and change management is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations is a plus.
