Job Description:
As an ETL Informatica Developer, you will be engaged in a contingent resource assignment where you will:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Database Engineering.
- Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Database Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Key Skills:
- ETL Informatica
- SQL Server Database
- Unix
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 8 years of solid experience working with ETL Informatica development.
- 5 years of strong experience in ETL development of data pipelines/ETL for data ingestion, data preparation, data integration, data aggregation, feature engineering, etc.
- 4 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- 5 years of experience migrating legacy data platforms to cloud and modern architecture.
- 4 years of Unix Shell scripting experience.
- 3 years of experience with scheduling tools like Autosys, Control M.
- 3 years of experience in version control and CI/CD: Git, GitHub, Jenkins.
- 3 years of Agile experience and using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and articulating findings when presenting to key business stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to present to multiple levels of management.
