Salary: $45,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually

• Includes work work vehicle and peridium
• Commissions paid on top of base salary

Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our products. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Document service activities, including detailed reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a field service technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to [weight limit] lbs).

• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
