IAM Analyst

Location: Chandler, AZ
Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $36.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a IAM Analyst to join our IAM Operations team. This role involves supporting access provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlements, ensuring adherence to policies and controls, and meeting SLAs for access requests.

In this contingent resource assignment, you will:

• 2 years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Active Directory and database management (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with other technology teams.
• Ability to self-learn and speak confidently about the basics of assigned products.

Project Scope:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Technology Operations.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Operations assignments or challenges.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations.
• Exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Technology Operations.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Support access provisioning and deprovisioning for applications.
• Adhere to policies and controls, ensuring timely completion of access requests.
• Perform provisioning tasks for RACF, Oracle, and SQL.
• Assist with Level 2 incident response related to access issues.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve access level issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
