As a Scrum Master/Project Manager within our Government Solutions team, you will help lead and coordinate a variety of projects, potentially involving cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of the project, from initiation to closure. You must be comfortable operating in an environment where scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and expectations are not always defined (while managing to them when they are), bring extensive experience in relevant project management methodologies, and have exceptional communication skills. This individual must be a self-starter, exemplifying initiative, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate in a matrix environment who can adapt in the client environment to achieve desired results. The ideal candidate understands technical concepts and can communicate them in business terms.

As a Scrum Master/Project Manager, you can look forward to:
- Managing client implementations, projects and conversions for large/technical custom implementations.
- Responsible for driving complex, high priority implementations, conversions, projects or component phases of larger programs.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, task schedules and resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Find opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue and improve product efficiency.
- Work with other groups to generate and offer appropriate solutions.
- Interpret and communicates Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
- At times will be responsible for gathering client requirements for software development that will support the client implementation, conversion or project.
- Provide client consultative input on our product and system features.
- May lead and coordinate multi-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of an implementation, project or conversion, from initiation to closure.
- Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving project schedule, risk and issue management, and scope change management.

You will need to have:
- High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
- 5 years of project management experience with Agile experience
- Client facing-experience with partners as well as external and internal clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to physically work in the office 4 days a week
- Flexibility to be able to work after hours/on-call/weekend as needed
- Travel 5%-10%
- Ability to pass additional US Government background check as required by client
Preferred qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- SAFe or Scrum Certification(s)
- Financial industry experience
- Microsoft Office
- Azure DevOps or JIRA experience
- Ability and desire to learn new technical concepts
