Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions, employing innovative approaches to solve technical problems.
- Develop and maintain secure, high-quality production code.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met during software development.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from large, diverse datasets to create visualizations and reports for continuous software improvement.
- Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5 years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
- Proficiency in developing and managing web applications using Java.
- Experience in developing cloud-ready applications for AWS, Azure, or other industry-standard cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in developing and managing web applications using Java Microservices Architecture with Hibernate/JPA in the Data Access Layer (DAL).
- Experience in developing UI applications using Angular or React.
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
