Sr. Jira Administrator/Architect
Role Description:
Join our Corporate Technology team within the Enterprise Transformation Office IT. We manage development and business change software, including Planview PPM, Jira Cloud/Jira Service Management, Rally, and Momentum. We're seeking a Jira Administrator/Architect experienced in administering and developing Jira Cloud solutions. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst of Enterprise Transformation IT, you'll collaborate with the Transformation Office business and Agile practice team to define standardized Jira usage models supporting our Scaled Agile process. You'll provide recommendations on Jira configuration, reporting requirements, and integrations, and work closely with the DevOps production support team to support the application and migrate Rally projects to Jira.

Responsibilities:
- Design and support the migration plan from Rally to Jira with the Agile Practice team.
- Design and support Planview to Jira integration through Planview Hub.
- Integrate Jira Software and Jira Service Management via API and marketplace add-ons.
- Automate manual platform management processes through scripting or programming.
- Coordinate enterprise-wide outreach and reporting efforts as part of platform governance.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party add-ons.
- Develop training and documentation materials.
Experience:
- Familiarity with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex issues to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Experience supporting technical users and conducting requirements analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity with Incident & Problem management.
Required Technical Expertise:
- 5 years of experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (specifically Jira Cloud, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation).
- Experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages).
Preferred Technical Experience:
- Experience automating manual tasks.
- Experience with Agile processes and tools (Rally, Trello).
- Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management.
- Experience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via API.
- Experience with large platform migration efforts.
