The Process/Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, particularly in plastics production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for plastics production to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.

Qualifications:
