Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a support team to ensure the reliability and performance of systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates for IBM MQ, Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting, and ACI MTS applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed applications and systems
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions
