Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and developing using Microsoft Technologies and .Net framework.
- 10 years of Full-Stack development using Angular and .Net as Frontend and Backend technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's or MBA in a related field preferred.
- Experience working in other UI technologies like React, Node JS, Vue JS.
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET Web APIs to build Restful APIs.
- Leadership experience in building applications using .Net MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and driving peer review improvements.
- Mentoring and performance enablement experience with Junior Developers on the team.
- Strong relationship management with business and backend shared services teams, including infrastructure and cloud engineering teams.
- 8 years of experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS resources in Azure or AWS cloud technologies.
- 8 years of experience using Git, TFS/Azure DevOps for source control/project tracking/build management.
- 8 years of experience in Database using SQL Server.
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of IT services and solutions.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to present to clients and senior management.
- Problem Solving: Address client issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
