Key Responsibilities:
- Roadmap Contribution:
- Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying valuable features from customer engagements and market gaps.
- Requirement Translation:
- Translate the product roadmap into specific business requirements and user stories.
- Ensure user stories are ready for Sprint Planning and product development deliveries.
- Sprint Coordination:
- Coordinate sprint planning sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the development team and scrum master during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Development Evaluation:
- Evaluate the work completed by the development team.
- Provide continual feedback to ensure alignment with product goals.
- Documentation:
- Write and update product documentation.
- Develop business cases to support product initiatives.
- Customer Engagement:
- Lead customer engagements, including business process analyses, demo/configuration workshops, and recurring support meetings.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
- Needs Assessment:
- Learn and document customers' needs and functional requirements.
- Provide gap specifications, business requirements, Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and other necessary artifacts.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and understand complex product features and technical integration components.
- Exceptional organizational skills and communication techniques.
- Strong experience in translating roadmaps into business requirements and user stories.
- Proficiency in coordinating sprint planning and collaborating with development teams.
- Experience in evaluating development work and providing feedback.
- Skilled in writing and updating product documentation and business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer engagements and manage customer relationships.
- Ability to learn and document customer needs and functional requirements effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
