Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end payment processing life cycle, including both inbound and outbound payments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Ensure a deep understanding of core banking business processes.
- Manage and validate payment messages, including SWIFT MT types and ISO20022 (Pain and Pacs types).
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of product features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end payment processing life cycles.
- Strong understanding of core banking business processes.
- Proficiency in SWIFT MT types and ISO20022 payment messages (Pain and Pacs types).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
