Responsibilities:
- Material Acquisition: Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes, submit and track orders, ensure processing, and manage purchase orders (POs). Maintain a database to track order status and delivery.
- Site Build Tracking: Oversee the physical build of Radio Access Network (RAN) sites. Track POs for vendors, coordinate with field teams, and ensure timely completion of builds.
- Financial Coordination: Work with financial teams to close out POs upon site completion. Develop and refine processes for site management.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination
- IT background or strong interest in IT
- Patience, tenacity, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cellular network deployment
- Familiarity with SAP (ECC) for tracking POs and invoicing
