We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Lead Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real-time data integration and analytics, with a strong focus on SAP Datasphere and SAC. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing data solutions, as well as providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Datasphere & SAC Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP Datasphere to integrate with SAP S/4HANA, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Pages, and other custom applications. Develop data models, reports, and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for strategic insights. Establish real-time data pipelines for accurate and up-to-date reporting. Define and maintain data structures, relationships, and hierarchies across integrated systems.
• Data Integration & Governance: Develop and manage real-time data integration between various SAP and non-SAP systems. Optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines for efficiency and scalability. Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and best practices. Write and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Reporting & Visualization: Design and implement self-service reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI. Build user-friendly, reusable data models for business intelligence and analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (SAP BRIM, Convergent Mediation, Dynamics, Security, and Infrastructure) to align data strategies. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants for long-term support needs. Stay updated on SAP best practices and emerging technologies. Lead and participate in project team activities related to enterprise data systems.

Role Expectations:

• Define, execute, and measure business and technology data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Perform data mining to identify risks and opportunities.
• Report across online transaction processing and analytic reporting off large databases by timeline.
• Design and establish data lake house architecture with clear definitions on ingestion, processing, and delivery for both enterprise data sources and machine data.
• Acquire and enhance or develop data reference models aligned to Enterprise Architecture, establishing a strategic foundation.
• Efficiently manage data privacy considerations and define appropriate access control mechanisms.
• Own and ensure correctness of the Enterprise Data Dictionary.
• Benchmark performance and reliability, ensuring acceptable service levels.
• Develop and establish Data Quality Assurance testing methods with IT Operations.
• Partner with IT peers globally to design reusable solutions with consistent integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  • 7 years in real-time data integration & analytics.
  • 5 years in SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Strong experience integrating SAP Datasphere with SAP BRIM (Billing, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation) and non-SAP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL, and visualization workflows.
  • Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and QLIK.
  • Knowledge of HANA 2.0, HANA XSA Development, Node.js, or ABAP (Preferred but not required).
  • Understanding of OData services, APIs, and integration tools.
