Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Reactor & Major Maintenance Engineer to support Enterprise Risk Projects. This role ensures project deliverables are executed with quality, safety, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and support to Project Managers.
Review project documentation to improve schedule performance and resource efficiency.
Validate the quality of Work Order Tasks (WOT) before field activities.
Review and improve testing and acceptance plans.
Communicate Operating Experience and develop response strategies.
Serve as the ASME Person in Charge (PIC) for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope.
Maintain knowledge of codes, standards, and industry trends.
Provide feedback on project strategies and implementation plans.
Oversee shop or field activities and provide coaching as needed.
Coordinate resources and collaborate with vendors to remove roadblocks.
Attend key strategy meetings with Project Managers.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Experience with production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear power plant.
Skilled in Enterprise Management Software (Asset Suite, SAP, etc.).
Familiarity with logic-driven schedules (Primavera and/or Microsoft Project).
Knowledge of code and regulatory requirements related to maintenance and field work activities.
