The selected candidate will provide comprehensive Test & Evaluation (T&E) support for system developers and users, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing. They will ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with IT standards, including Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and report on testing events and assessments, including Operational Assessments (OAs) in an Agile development process within a production environment.
- Prepare test reports and artifacts throughout each Sprint.
- Develop test readiness reviews and integrated testing plans, ensuring operational considerations such as Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and Measures of Performance (MOPs).
- Provide T&E support to system developers and users, including planning and executing User Design Testing (UDT), User Feedback Testing (UFT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
- Develop a cyber resilience T&E strategy, including vulnerability identification and adversarial assessments.
Required Qualifications:
- 9 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in relevant testing tools and frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CSTE).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
- Strong understanding of web technologies and database systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications such as ISTQB-CTFL-PT or PeopleCert.
