Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large, complex projects aimed at achieving key business objectives. The role involves:

• Directing cross-functional and cross-segment teams.
• Developing and managing execution plans to achieve objectives.
• Identifying and removing blockages across teams.
• Overseeing budgets and time capture activities; managing forecasts and actuals.
• Solving unique and complex problems with broad business impact.
• Assisting teams in meeting and exceeding Agile maturity and delivery objectives.
• Translating highly complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Influencing senior leadership to adopt new ideas, practices, and approaches.
• Aligning work from multiple teams into a singular product.
• Managing stakeholders and building strong relationships across IT and business teams.
• Partnering with multiple business workstreams to lead, plan, and execute their work by Program Increment (PI) to deliver value to the program.
• Aligning Scrum teams to program processes and standards, moving teams towards SAFe standards, escalating and resolving impediments, and managing risks during sprints.
• Implementing a release schedule structure and syncing business workstreams to drive improvements on product rollouts.
• Building high-performing teams by coaching team members on Agile methodology, practices, and mindsets.
• Partnering with external vendors for overall product build and maintaining meaningful working relationships to aid in smooth development and implementation.
• Offering support and guidance on triaging issues.
• Handling documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Creating meaningful and transparent reporting for the leadership team, organizing and capturing software versioning, and creating visuals and documents to capture new processes.
• Working closely with architects on design and solution, understanding product solutions, and explaining them to team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical aptitude with an emphasis on understanding REST architecture and SaaS.
• 5 years of Agile experience.
• 2 years of experience communicating with senior-level leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency with MS Excel and Visio.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Undergraduate degree.
• Healthcare background.
• SAFe, LeSS, or other Agile certifications.
• PMP certification.
