Job Title: Senior Engineering Consultant (Contingent Resource)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Description:
As a Senior Engineering Consultant, you will:
- Serve as an expert to develop and influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
- Consult on strategy and resolve unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that demand vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.
- Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
- Strategically engage with client personnel to drive impactful outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Skills:
- 3 years of experience with Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, Data Wrangler, etc.).
- Prior experience with HR/Workforce data.
- Strong experience with the Alteryx Platform.
- Exceptional analytical and creative thinking skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Azure.
- Experience with Microsoft SSRS and SSIS.
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management Tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Proficiency in development languages such as Java and C#.
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL.
- Experience as a Power BI Developer.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and Power Automate.
