Terraform Automation Engineers

Location: Hartford, CT

Description: Our client is currently seeking Terraform Automation Engineers
**This is a hybrid and contract opportunity!**

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Implement modular infrastructure automation flows using tools like Terraform and AWS CDK for multi-step infrastructure provisioning (e.g., databases, computes, firewalls, VPCs).
• Integrate ServiceNow with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK) and asset management systems.
• Implement and use CI/CD pipelines with best practices.
• Implement and integrate FinOps for cloud cost optimization during automated product provisioning.
• Implement scripting (Python, PowerShell) for compliance and custom automation tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Expertise in AWS and on-prem provisioning automation (optional: experience with Google Cloud Platform, Azure - multi-cloud environments).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with automation tools and asset management systems.
• Knowledge of FinOps and compliance automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM & Asset Management.
