Salary: $30.00 USD Hourly - $35.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Brief Description of the Project:

• Role: Designers will be embedded into squads building the end-to-end digital experience for customer-facing healthcare products and services. Focus areas include:
• Women's Health: Postpartum and Maternity
• Personalized Medicine: Headache Care
• First Contact Navigation: Personalized conversational interactions
• Requirements:
• Expert experience in Figma
• Ability to provide a digital portfolio
• Strong, T-shaped designers with experience in native mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms, spanning UX strategy to visual design
• For First Contact Navigation: Experience in UX Content Writing, including AI conversational design

Soft Skills Needed:

• Excited by the prospect of supporting teams shaping the future of healthcare
• Driven by empathy and motivated by the opportunity to impact the day-to-day experience of BSWH customers, providers, and staff
• Excellent communicator with a knack for storytelling, sharing design rationale, and advocating for customers
• Ability to drive alignment and collaboration across design workstreams and cross-functional partners, including research, product, engineering, and marketing
• Natural collaborator, independent operator, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback
• Produces great work with quick turnarounds and multitasks effectively across different activities
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Enjoys working within a well-established design ecosystem and contributing to its ongoing evolution
