Description:
We are looking for a skilled integration developer to support new development projects and maintain existing integrations for key HR initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new integrations within the HR workstream
- Collaborate with functional and technical partners on Workday projects
- Debug integration issues in case of production failures
- Resolve issues and incidents through hands-on development
- Create well-documented change requests and follow up for approvals
- Provide Level 3 support during production failures
- Be flexible for upskilling in different skill sets
- Work with upstream and downstream application teams to manage risks and potential issues
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Workday, integrations, and API integration
- Experience with Workday projects, preferably implementation
- Proficiency in XSLT scripting (XSLT 2.0/3.0)
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio
- Experience in API integration (SOAP or REST)
- Experience with PECI/WECI/PICOF and Core Connectors
- Understanding of payroll data and experience with US and global payroll
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-pressure environments
- Experience with ITSM ServiceNow tool
