What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Administrator position at Judge Rotenberg Educational Center?
Presently seeking a Payroll Administrator. The position is responsible for accurate preparation, documentation, distribution of paychecks and direct deposit programs and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system. Other responsibilities include reviewing the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy. The individual must have a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills and have exceptional customer support skills to be able to work with and properly address employee pay issues as they arise. This candidate must also monitor and ensure the accuracy of the ADP database, answer all questions/correspondence concerning payroll and its structure. The candidate should have experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now or ADP Enterprise and be adept at using other payroll systems and software, background in payroll or other functions of Finance, with a good understanding of common fiscal procedures and strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This is a non-exempt, full-time position and the hours of work are typically 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or as required by the demands of the position.
