Position: Building Permit Coordinator Asssitant
General Summary: Responsible for efficient and accurate control and data management of project documents for processing plans throughout various Building Departments within Miami-Dade and Broward County. Experience is a must. He/she will assist project management and the operation team with processing of all required paperwork and submittals in a timely and cost effective manner to obtain building permits. This position will be responsible for processing plans through Building Departments and general administrative duties as required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document, organize, record and distribute project documentation.
- Organize and maintain files.
- Administrative support for project team.
- Other relevant duties may be assigned as required.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be goal orientated, highly organized, pay close attention to detail and above all be a team player.
Required Skills:
- Must be detail oriented.
