Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and enhancing organizational efficiency. Reporting to the Chief Probation Officer, your core skills in clerical duties, customer service, and computer literacy will enable you to manage communications, maintain records, and assist with scheduling. The successful candidate will assist Probation Officers in Court and the Lead Administrative Assistant while supporting the daily Courtroom and Office Operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills will be required as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, engage the public in a Court Room setting, and maintain the highest level of professionalism. Candidates Must be 18 years of age. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and fostering a productive work environment.

Pay: $27,000.00 - $30,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 43 per week
