Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow within the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, providing administrative support as required.
- Greet visitors at the front desk and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Organize and maintain files in both physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and office software, particularly Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
- Experience in front desk operations or customer service is a plus.
