Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tether Installer and Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate installation of electronic monitoring devices, coordinating installation schedules, and maintaining essential documentation in collaboration with community corrections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install electronic monitoring devices (tethers) according to company standards and protocols.
  • Coordinate and schedule installations with clients and supervising authorities.
  • Review, complete, and submit installation paperwork accurately.
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment during installation and address any immediate issues.
  • Communicate effectively with community corrections and other stakeholders regarding device installation and operational updates.
  • Perform regular maintenance or troubleshooting of devices as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Other duties as assigned by community corrections or management.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Prior experience in electronic monitoring, equipment installation, or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Skills :

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency with technology and electronic devices.
  • Requirements :

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
