We are looking for ahighly organized and tech-savvy individual to manage our electronic monitoring inventory while also handling IT-related issues within our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage electronic monitoring equipment inventory, including ordering, tracking, and maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment are properly stocked and functional.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including software, network, and hardware problems.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and support of monitoring software systems.
- Work closely with vendors to coordinate equipment repairs and replacements.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.
- Provide technical support for employees.
Qualifications & Skills :
Strong understanding of IT, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
Experience with inventory management, logistics, or asset tracking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
