Responsibilities:
- Educate clients about insurance products and services, with a focus on life insurance
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and any related inquiries
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions
- Proactively market relevant products and services to meet client needs
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty License
- Life & Health License or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred
