Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring information is complete and accessible
- Assist with implementing customer retention strategies to foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
- Stay knowledgeable about insurance products and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
