Job Description

Employee Relations Contractor – Senior Level V Reporting to the Vice President, Employee Relations, the Employee Relations (ER) contractor will serve as dedicated ER representative to one or more functional areas.

Additionally, this individual will assist with the leadership and oversight of the ER function, processes, policies, and strategic execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Relations.

· Looking for a total of 5-7 years’ experience combined HR and Employee Relations.

· This candidate will be dealing with employees that are operations (they work in a call center)

· Roughly 400 operational employees this candidate will be responsible for.

· Prefer a candidate that has employee relations experience specifically in a call center environment, customer service environment, or operations department.

· This candidate should have experience with coaching and training employees, addressing employee questions, and build relationships with the employees.

· The employees are in multiple locations so this person will need to be able to build relationships virtually.

· They will train on HRIS system but helpful if they have exposure.

· Hybrid on-site 3 days per week and 2 days remote. Must be on-site every Wednesday. The other days are flexible.

· Contract to Hire… 6-month contract with the goal of being hired permanently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
