- Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and progress individualized treatment plans.
- Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers in a manner they can understand.
- Plan for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
- Maintain effective communication with all rehab team members.
- Foster professional growth, development, and overall improvement of departmental performance.
Required qualifications include a graduate degree from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy and valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration.
