What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Wealth Advisor position at Judson Group?
Judson Group has been retained by a nationally recognized wealth management firm located in Pittsburgh in the search for an Associate Wealth Advisor. This individual will support the firm’s Senior Advisors in serving clients, the creation of financial plans/research, and sales support. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing financial planning recommendations, participating in client meetings and a general understanding of investments, retirement plans, and portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively work with Senior Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Build and develop financial plans
- Document and update the Investment Policy Statement, investment models, and due diligence substantiation
- Manage the execution of various wealth management services
- Coordinate among clients and service providers to ensure the timely completion of various client deliverables
- Actively manage new business development opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have a CFP/CFA or be currently enrolled in a program
- 3-5 years’ experience with a financial services or RIA firm working with HNW clients
- Must be passionate about planning and relationship management
- Excellent technology, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and proactive
