Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for the total nursing needs of our residents, incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care into daily practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
- Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care
- Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Washington state
- CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- New grads welcome
