Senior Human Resources Business Partner
General Purpose :
Under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, the incumbent in this position will serve as a business partner supporting Judson at University Circle, South Franklin Circle and Home Care per CCRC compliance rules and regulations and performs HR generalist responsibilities as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Onboarding / Associates Matter
- May assist with New Hire Orientation sessions, which may include but not limited to reviewing preparing New Hire handbooks and other handouts, scheduling presenters and associates, notifying managers of scheduled attendees and ensuring that all required handouts are distributed to participants.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Certifications :
A bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant course of study with 5-7 years' experience as a HR business partner or HR generalist. Related work experience preferred. Excellent verbal / written communication skills and organizational skills required. Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Familiarity with Behavioral Interviewing concepts and technique. Computer literacy required, including strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook with some familiarity with HRIS; union experience a plus.
Physical Requirements. Good vision and hearing. Ability to lift 20 pounds, bend, stoop, sit for 1-2 hours at a time, walk upstairs.
