- Design and implement internal evaluation systems, including the development of outcome frameworks, implementation of data collection systems, data analysis, and reporting. This includes routine analysis and reporting of data stored in Salesforce to support a range of JUF departments and the development, implementation, and maintenance of a process for ongoing use of data to inform decision making.
- Build, maintain, and manage effective working relationships with agency partners, project participants, and external consultants, ensuring projects align with goals and timeframes.
- Provide ongoing evaluation capacity building support and technical assistance to agencies and programs participating in the Shared Outcomes project.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for internal programs, stay up to date on best practices, promising programs, and theories of change that underpin the programs and services of JUF.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support research-related activities as needed, such as literature reviews, environmental scans, searching academic databases, and reading and synthesizing published studies.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, visualization, presentation, and additional support for JUF research projects.
- Requires discretion and independent judgement in performing all aspects of the position.
