Overview
We are seeking a year around, fun and outgoing Team Member to join our strong team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top notch customer service to our exceptional customers. We are a small business looking for a part time person who likes to have fun and doesn't need constant supervision. Juice Box has great store hours of 8-3pm (4pm Memorial Day until Labor Day). If you are a stay at home parent, a home school student, a grandparent or anyone looking to stay busy in a healthy environment and be home in the afternoon, this is the place for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist maintaining cleanliness storewide
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively
- Support various tasks in retail and cafe environments
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and a team player
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations or culinary skills is helpful
