Job Description:
SJB Brands, LLC (dba Juice It Up!) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. Working alongside the Vice President of Marketing, this role will develop the digital marketing strategy to support loyalty, mobile app, social media, web and paid placements. The Digital Marketing Manager role will be dedicated to driving brand awareness, expanding our reach to engage with new guests, increasing retention, as well as growing guest loyalty to support company KPIs.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Execute Loyalty and CRM strategy, developing programs to drive loyalty member growth, increased guest retention, order frequency, and lifetime value.
- Track and analyze loyalty program performance, reporting trends and providing expert level recommendations for program evolution.
- Create all member communications via email, app push notifications, and SMS. Execute all programming for the loyalty program to ensure all messaging is accurate and executes as intended.
- Manage the segmentation strategy, identify new areas of opportunity, and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape of loyalty programs.
- Oversee social media strategy, which includes the brand ambassador program and paid advertising.
- Drive paid media strategy and day-to-day management of various digital marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all social, digital, loyalty and promotional marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the company’s website and mobile app.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous loyalty management experience in the restaurant industry.
- Experience with platforms like Paytronix, Level Up, Punchh, Salesforce, etc.
- Data-driven and analytical with experience in A/B testing in email and loyalty segmentation.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-focused; effectively prioritizing multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be a problem solver; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
