Juice Bar Team Leader

We are seeking a Full Time Juice Bar Team Leader to work in an upbeat, fun, laid back, positive work environment, that is quality driven. The right candidate we are looking for will be self-motivated, personable, an upbeat team leader to provide support as well as help manage the daily operations of our juice bar looking for potential to grow.

Juice Society is a Cold-Pressed Organic Juicery specializing in Cold-Pressed Juice. Juice Society will offer a number of organic all natural premium super food items such as Cold Press Juice, Açaí bowls, Pitaya bowls, and Smoothies using locally sourced organic products and produce for their menu. Juice Society will become a modern health and wellness hub for Estero and surrounding areas serving healthy food/juice that is delicious and conveniently accessible. Juice Society will engage the community by taking an approach to foodservice that is unique within the area. Juice Society strives to help the community begin their path to a healthier lifestyle and to develop new habits that initiate real change in their physical and mental health. Juice Society believes that health and wellness should be accessible to everyone. Our business is to help revitalize the community with our products and create a health sanctuary within a tropical, fun, and relaxed environment. Qualifications:

• Ideally have some experience with food handling
• Out going/Upbeat
• Reliable
• Team-oriented
• Ability to successfully train team memebers
• Strong sense of urgency, time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Flexible schedule
• Stand for extended periods of time (6 Hours)
• Opening and closing responsibilities including prep work, cleaning and stocking
• Proper cash handling responsibilities
• Lead and work with a sense of urgency
• Serve all items in a timely manner in accordance with recipes
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with our company’s vision
• Ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent
• Respond to customer needs
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Friendly and upbeat attitude
• Must be comfortable in a quick pace/high energy/small workspace environment
• Inventory control
• Inventory receiving
• Providing an excellent example of top tier customer service for staff to follow
• Quality control

A typical day at our juice bar includes; offering top-notch customer service, some cold-pressed juicing, making hand crafted plant based smoothies & bowls, prepping fruits/vegetables and menu items, managing product freshness, kitchen cleanliness, monitoring juice bar team members.
